Watch Out
If you're ever stuck in traffic think twice about using the shoulder to reach the exit. It now legal for tow trucks to use the shoulder as a land to reach the crash or emergency site.
To be honest, I didn't know this was not allowed before but it makes sense that you would want to make sure the shoulder is clear for all emergency vehicles...
