If you missed the Polar Plunge you do not want to miss this over the top fund-raiser that gives people the opportunity to rappel 357 feet (27 stories) down the side of the SENECA NIAGARA CASINO AND HOTEL (the tallest hotel from the Falls to Manhattan!).
