Today was a great day to be a Buffalo Bills fan. That's not always the case. But today, the Bills front office found a way to land one of the most sought after free agents in the league aside from Peyton Manning. In order to do that they parted with quite a bit of cash. But nonetheless, they got the deal done and have made their team better by doing so.

Today was a big day for the Buffalo Bills. The first news came earlier today with the announcement that Stevie Johnson and The Bills had agreed on a contract extension. The next bit of news deals with the home of the bills, Ralph Wilson Stadium.

Ralph Wilson Makes Big Donation To Pro Football Hall of Fame

We know him only because he’s the owner of the Buffalo Bills, but Ralph Wilson has been pretty generous with his money over the years making donations to charitable causes we seldom hear about. Just last fall he and his wife made a $1-million donation to the DeGraff Hospital Adult Day Care Center in North Tonawanda.

Yesterday the Pro Football Hall of Fame announced that Wilson made a $2.5-million dollar donation to support the museum’s expansion and renovation project. The gift will result in construction of a new 10-thousand square football research and preservation center.
