I think it's safe to say most of us Buffalonians are walking around today with very heavy hearts.  Yesterday we got the news that one of our beloved French Connection members, Rick Martin passed away of a heart attack while driving in Clarence.

One of the tough jobs when you are an air personality is reporting bad news. Today I had the sad task of telling our listeners that we lost Rick Martin, the former Sabres great and part of the famous "French Connection". He died today after an apparent heart attack which resulted in a one car accident. He was 59.
