It's going to be here before we know it. The 18th annual Ride For Roswell is June 21-22, and I am honored to be a part of this wonderful event this year. I am not only hosting the opening ceremonies on Friday the 21, I am also riding the 104-mile route on the 22.

It's a big weekend for fans of Lance Armstrong that live in Buffalo. The SEVEN time winner of the Tour De France will be at University Of Buffalo Saturday night. It is part of the UB Distinguished Speaker Series and Lance took to twitter to mention Buffalo.

It sure is hard to believe that October has less than a week left. Breast cancer awareness month is flying on by. We had a chance to speak to one of the surgeons from Roswell Park today about early detection and what if any steps can be taken to prevent the onset of breast cancer.
