Brad Paisley's "Virtual Reality World Tour 2012" kicked off last week in Grand Rapids, Michigan to a sold-out show.  The tour includes The Band Perry and "American Idol" winner Scotty McCreery.

Well he's the only male country music singer on American Idol this year and we're following him.  Scott McCreery belted out John Michael Montgomery's "Letters From Home".  Take a look and listen....

Found this video of "Country Boy" Scott McCreery.  He is in American Idol's Top 24.  The kid is banking on his Josh Turner-esque style, but I'm not sure you can be a one trick pony on American Idol.  Don't get me wrong, he's great at country music.  See for yourself....
