		<description><![CDATA[The USDA is replacing the &#8220;food pyramid&#8221; dietary guide with a new dinner plate icon!   The &#8220;My Plate&#8221; symbol is easier to understand.  It will help people eat healthier and control portion sizes.  The whole idea is to get Americans to eat less, fill the plate with more fruits and veggies and drink more water!]]></description>
