New regulations will be discussed soon to make homegrown marijuana legal in New York.

We always say during Clay and Company that it seems the rest of the country has been 'noticing' Buffalo, NY more lately. More businesses are coming here. Another business interested in coming to the Western New York area is New York-based Ace Ventures LLC, which is looking to possibly build a location to do the production.

What's more embarrassing? Getting caught with marijuana on camera or having to do push-up for police?

Twenty three states in America have now legalized medical marijuana, but New York State, by far, has the tightest restrictions. Over the past couple of years since the legislation started, the act will roll out starting this week. New York's new medical marijuana program is expected to launch this Thursday...

Nobody celebrates Independence day quite like Willie does. He throws quite the picnic party. Of course, along with a Willie Nelson party, there's probably one of his favorite things readily available: weed. But, since it’s not legal, he is making some big steps into working around this problem.

We all remember the story of the crazy Florida man who was caught eating another man’s face.  Well, a medical examiner’s report is showing that 31-year old Rudy Eugene only had marijuana in his system.  So…..it must be the marijuana that makes one eat another man’s face?  I mean, potheads, hippies and casual users are always getting the munchies, and always eating face as a first choice of food. 

I don't think I need to explain the significance of today's date. But, in honor of the special day, here is a song that I think fits perfectly. Let's face it, Willie Nelson likes him some weed. It's something that he has been arrested for a few times and although cost him big time on a few occasions, it makes for good content in this Toby Keith song that you hear at every TK show!
