Desperate for help at wide receiver, the Buffalo Bills on Tuesday convinced Percy Harvin to come out of retirement and play again. Harvin has played 73 career games in the NFL with the Minnesota Vikings, the Seattle Seahawks, the New York Jets and last year played with the Bills. He was a first round draft choice in 2009.
