As the year 2011 nears to an end, some of you favorite country music artists are revealing what some of their favorite albums (all genres) are from this year. Let's start with Charles Kelley of Lady Antebellum, here's his list....
Zac Brown Band member Coy Bowles has written a children’s book titled Amy Giggles. Coy got the idea for the book when a guest at a dinner party shared how she used to get teased for her laugh when she was younger. The book is available now. Here is a behind the scenes look at the book with Coy Bowles check it out.
The Zac Brown Band burst onto the scene with "Chicken Fried" which turned out to also be their first number one hit on country radio. Since then, every song they've released has topped off at #2 or higher. This week, they've scored their eighth #1.
Fans who tuned into the premiere of the Zac Brown Band‘s ‘Live at Red Rocks’ special over the weekend got an added bonus. In addition to several of their chart-topping hits, the band also offered the television debut of a previously unreleased song, ‘Sweet Annie.’
According to CMT.com, it was today back in 2008 that the Zac Brown Band released their first major label studio album. I say major label album because there were 2 others (Far From Einstyne and Homegrown) that were released before 'The Foundation'. But there's no doubt that this is the one that put the Georgia band on the map.
Eric Church stole the championship title from Chris Young Last week with his new song called "Drink In My Hand" with 65% of the votes. Tonight he's taking on a full band. It's the Zac Brown Band with their new single, "Keep Me In Mind". It's Friday Night...Lets Get It On!!
You may have heard of Zac Brown Band's "Eat & Greets". It's Zac Brown's version of a "Meet & Greet" only he feeds you. It's something really cool that he's been trying out on some select audiences and now he's taking it to a bigger scale with a 3 day music/food festival.
The Zac Brown Band just scored it's 8th #1 hit with "Knee Deep" (Jimmy Buffet's 2nd #1 hit on the country charts) and as a fan, I couldn't be happier for them. Obviously they're thrilled too. Clay Cook wanted to show how happy he was by saying thank you to the fans. Just be aware...you might get a little dizzy.
A couple days ago we gave you a sneak preview of the new video from The Zac Brown Band for their song 'Knee Deep'. Now the video has been released and some of the characters are back again for another round of adventure. You may remember Flody Boatwood from the 'Toes' video. He's back again with Brody and Jody Boatwood! Check out the new video here!
