Taste of Home Cooking School
November 8, 2011 10:12 AM Anybody who likes to cook will love the show coming up this Saturday at UB’s Center for the Performing Arts. Culinary specialist Michael Barna will share his passion for food and cooking by creating 10 great recipe ideas as you watch at the Taste of Home Cooking School.
Michael Barna started his career in food preparation at the age of 13 when he went to work at a retirement home. His career took him to some of the biggest casino restaurants in Atlantic City and moved on to work at a 5 Diamond 4 Star hotel in Philadelphia. He says he loves being on stage, entertaining and sharing his love of cooking and bringing the family back to the dinner table.
