Taylor Swift Announces New Album on Live Chat [VIDEO]

Taylor Swift hasn't released a new album since 2010's Fearless.  Today (Monday, July 13), she surprised her fans with not only a live chat but also the info on her upcoming CD release.

The new CD is called Red and comes out on October 22.  During her live chat, she also gave her fans a sneak peak at her new single.
