Teacher Fired Over Tweet, Do You Agree? [POLL]

A teacher in Maryland thought she was being funny and sent a Tweet that got her fired!

Was is innocent? Was it malicious? Either way, there has been much response on both sides over what she wrote.

The teacher's Tweet was in response to a student that was hoping for classes to be canceled. What seems like an innocent jab caused her to lose her job.

I remember teachers in high school that would routinely poke fun at students. I don't recall anyone getting so upset or taking it personal.
