The match-up is set for Super Bowl 50 in Santa Clara, California on February 7th.  It'll be the Denver Broncos against the Carolina Panthers after Sunday's NFL Conference Championship games.

The Broncos held on for a 20-18 win over the New England Patriots for the AFC championship when the Patriots failed to score on a 2-point conversion after Tom Brady connected with Rob Gronkowski on a 4th down pass with 12 seconds to play.  At the age of 39 Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning will become the oldest quarterback ever to play in the Super Bowl.  It'll be the eighth all-time trip to the Super Bowl for the Broncos, tying the Patriots, Dallas Cowboys and Pittsburgh Steelers.

Meanwhile the Carolina Panthers blew out the Arizona Cardinals 49-15 to win the NFC title. The Cardinals turned the ball over seven times in the loss. The Panthers built a 17-0 first quarter lead and poured it on in the second half.  It'll be the second trip to the Super Bowl for the Panthers.  They fell to the Patriots 32-29 in Super Bowl 38 in 2004.
