The Band Perry are no longer signed to Big Machine Label Group. Both parties revealed the news on Tuesday (March 1).

"We and Big Machine Label Group have made a mutual decision to bring our working relationship to a close," the Perry siblings write on Facebook. "We are grateful for six years of the big moments and great strides we made with our BMLG family and will carry that foundation forward with us as we begin the next leg of our journey."

A rep for BMLG tells the Washington Post that the label and TBP "have amicably parted ways." On Twitter, Big Machine head Scott Borchetta thanked the trio for "a great run" on Twitter.

"Wishing you nothing but success in the future," Borchetta adds.

The news comes following a tumultuous few months in the Band Perry's career. Their pop-heavy single “Live Forever” didn’t fare particularly well at country radio following its August release, and since the announcement of a new album, Heart + Beat, in October, no additional details about the record, including a drop date, have been revealed.

In mid-February, Kimberly, Neil and Reid Perry assured their fans, "The Band Perry is not going anywhere. We are here to stay. Our music is here to stay."

"... Every decision that we make is for you guys," they add. "It’s all about getting this music to you as quickly as possible and as excellently as possible.”

While the future of Heart + Beat and new studio recordings from the band is up in the air, TBP have numerous tour dates scheduled throughout the coming months. A complete list is available on their official website.
