It was huge when the Bills got Mario Williams to visit Buffalo as a free agent four seasons ago.  It was almost like they had him barricaded in a room and wouldn't let him leave until he signed.  But as of today, his time with the Buffalo Bills is over.

There have been a bunch of moves today in the NFL and the news was reported at NFL.com.  Williams was set to count $19.9 million against the cap.  So by releasing him, the Bills will save $12.9 million.

Other moves include putting the franchise tag on RT Cordy Glenn and according to a post on his twitter page, releasing RB Anthony "Boobie" Dixon.
