I hope your Memorial Day is great! I have a hard time wishing people a "happy" Memorial Day because I believe it is a day of reflection and observance. This is a day that we honor people that have died for our freedom. Think about that. Young men and women you will never meet gave their lives so we can live in such a great place. I'm not gonna preach, but it is more than a day off. True it may be an "unofficial" start to summer and I'll be the first to celebrate that. However, at some point today, reflect on what it means to be free from oppression and fear and thank those that were brave enough to face the evils that threaten us and the world knowing what the risks were.I'd like to express my sincere thanks to the families of the fallen soldiers as well. When I see a mom or dad that lost their son, or a boy or girl that lost their mom or dad to war, I feel I have a great debt to them. A debt that I will never be able to find the words to use as a payback. A debt that no action can be enough to use as repayment. All I can say is thank you. Thank you for giving so much for so many. We owe you and although everyday we should remember, today we should devote our attention on observing the sacrifice they made for us.

Here is the song I think is essential for anyone to have in their collection for today..
