The internet's most visited website is Google followed closely by Facebook. Coming in third is Youtube which is also the second-most used search engine just behind Google.

Youtube was created in 2005 and acquired by Google the following year. The very first Youtube video is only 19 seconds long and was uploaded at 8:27 PM on Saturday, April 23rd, 2005 and it's still there. Youtube co-founder Jawed Karim's "Me at the Zoo" isn't very exciting, but it's been viewed more than 5-million times.

The numbers on Youtube are incredible.  48 hours of videos are uploaded onto Youtube every minute. It's about the same as 240,000 full-length films every week or nearly 8 years of content uploaded every day. Every day 20-million people view 3-billion YouTube videos.  Some people spend more time on Youtube than others but when you consider some videos are just a few seconds in length, when it's all averaged out - the average Youtube user views 150 videos a day.

Susan Boyle’s "America's Got Talent" audition video was watched more than 100 million times in less than 2 weeks after it was uploaded.  But the most-watched video of all time is Justin Bieber's "Baby" - the first video to earn more than half a billion views.
