When I was in high school, I played a lot of football.  It's what I lived for back then.  A lot of people used to guage how strong people were on how much they could bench.  I was never even close to what this guy puts up!

His name is Matt Poursoltani, and he's the strongest high school kid I've ever seen.  The record for bench press in the NFL is 705 pounds.  That's by former Dallas Cowboys offensive guard Larry Allen.

At a recent competition, Poursoltani put up more weight than any high school kid I've ever seen.  Ready for this?  Poursoltani put up 700 pounds!  That's right, 700 pounds!  Imagine how much this guy is going to be able to lift in a couple years!
