The WNY Mechanics Competition Is Coming To The Hamburg Fairgrounds

Do you know a high school student who knows their way around a garage?  They might want to enter this competition designed for standout mechanics in Western New York.

The Western New York Farm Show is once again coming back to the Fairgrounds in Hamburg.

They're looking for entrants in high school to show off their skills as a mechanic.  There will be multiple stations set up for the competition that will test competitors knowledge of the assembly, tools, and skills required to maintain and repair equipment.

The competition will take place during the WNY Farm Show on February 1, 2019 from 9:30am-1pm in barn #9.

Prizes will be awarded to the top 10 competitors.

They suggest you dress for the outside weather as the competition will take place in a building that is not insulated.  Also, steel toe boots will be required.
