This Independence Day we want to remember the people who have died for our country, and pay it forward to those who are living in it.  If that's you too, consider joining this incredible road march.

It's called the KIA Memorial Roadmach (KMR) and it's coming back to Chestnut Ridge Park on 8-18-18.

I've been lucky enough to be invited to play music for this event the last couple years and I cannot say enough about it.

It's a 10k rucksack march through Chesnut Ridge Park in Orchard Park to help raise awareness of the people who have been killed in action while fighting for our country.  But it's more than just a memorial march.  They also raise funds and gather food for food pantries here in Western New York. (Gold Star Mother's food pantry, (40%) Vietnam Veterans of America (40%) & Buffalo State college Milligan's food pantry (20%).)

Yes, you actually carry the non-perishable food with you on your march through the park, then it gets donated after the march is over.

If you're looking for a challenge, this is it!

It's for a good cause and it's a fun challenge?  Yup.
