After getting blown out by a combined 72-10 in their final two games of the season, coach Chan Gailey said maybe the Bills weren't as far along as he thought.  Six turnovers against the Jets followed the 7 giveaways against the Patriots the week before, so ball protection should be a big emphasis in the offseason.  The Bills finish the season at 4 & 12, their worst record since 2001 when they finished 3 & 13.  The Bills will get the 3rd overall pick in the NFL draft this spring.  And they have a number of decisions to make on free agent players including Donte Whitner, Paul Posluszny and Drayton Florence.

Their opponents for 2011 are now set.  In addition to the home and home games against the other teams in the AFC East, they'll also play all the teams in the AFC West - Oakland and Denver in Buffalo while traveling to San Diego and Kansas City.  They'll also host Tennessee and play the Bengals in Cincinnati next year.  Completing the schedule will be games against the NFC East, the Washington Redskins and Philadelphia Eagles playing at Wilson Stadium.  The Bills will also play road games against the New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys.
