Time Warner Customers Must Now Pay A Modem Fee!

Western New York customers of Time Warner will now have to pay $3.95/month rental fee for their modems (and no...that's not how you say Clay's last name).  Seriously though.....The new fee kicks in in the month of November, so you should receive a notification sometime this week or early next week.  Officials at Time Warner say the fee will give the company more revenue to repair and replace modems, which in turn, help Time Warner provide optimum service to it's customers.  Many feel that the new charge is just a rate increase disguised as a modem rental fee.
