What a day for Joey Logano at Richmond International Speedway.  The driver of the Number 22 Pennzoil Ford drove from last to first to win his 18th career race in his 300th career start.

Logano started from the rear after his crew changed his transmission after he qualified, then spent most of the afternoon driving to the front.  He finally took the lead after the final caution of the day when he took on new tires and picked off the six cars in front of him who stayed on the track with old tires.  Then he held off teammate Brad Keselowski over the final 16 laps for his first win of the season and second at Richmond.

Keselowski had the faster car and with more time likely would have caught Logano but settled for his sixth Top 5 finish of the season.  Denny Hamlin came in third with Ricky Stenhouse, Jr. and Kevin Harvick completing the Top 5.

Pole sitter Matt Kenseth led the first 100 laps of the race and won Stage 1.

Keselowski led 110 laps and also claimed his first Stage win of the season.
