You can argue this one if you want, but there's good reason she's on this list.

Whether you think currently she's country or not, she could get millions of people to pack arenas for the rest of her life. I mean, she's definitely influential. She's gotten some of the world's biggest superstars to date her (even if it's just for a little bit).

Swift, who has just released her own line of shoes, has won seven Grammy Awards, 11 American Music Awards, seven Country Music Association Awards and six Academy of Country Music Awards. She has sold over 26 million albums and 75 million digital downloads worldwide.

But, what really made her make this list was what she's done for the community the past 12 months. Despite being ranked by Forbes as one of the wealthiest celebrities, she not only donates a TON of money, but her time as well.

Last year, she co-chaired the National Education Association's Read Across America campaign and recorded a PSA encouraging children to read. Also, Swift promoted the "power of reading" in a second live Scholastic webcast, broadcast directly to U.S. classrooms. A few months ago, through the Reach Out and Read initiative, she donated 2,000 Scholastic books to the Reading Hospital Child Health Center's early literacy program. She's also met with a handful of sick kids that have been in the hospital, and even brought one to an award show with her.

While being one of People Magazine's Most Beautiful People of the Year, Swift starred in 'The Lorax' last year and had a #1 Country Album, 'Red', one of the biggest albums of the year.

Whether you hate her or not, she's a kind person.
