Town Of Lewiston On Travel Channel’s ‘Best Of The Road’ Tonight

Lewiston, NY will be featured on the Travel Channel special ‘Best of the Road’, which airs tonight.  Lewiston was voted number one in the category of small-towns “Best for Food” receiving eight-hundred six votes.

The Travel Channel’s Brian Cox, Mike Shubic and show host Bert Kreischer visited Lewiston for the feature last month and were able to sample food, sites and all that Lewiston has to offer.  This is the Travel Channel’s second visit to Lewiston; the Silo restaurant was highlighted on the show “Man vs. Food’ in 2010.  Lewiston was also 5th in total votes for the five categories; Friendliest, Most Beautiful, Most Fun, Most Patriotic, and Best for Food.  Congratulations Lewiston!
