Trying A New Marinade Tonight
One of the best meals for me is a venison steak or a venison tenderloin. Although I don’t always use a marinade, many times I do just to enhance the flavor a little bit. Usually I will soak the meat in Italian dressing. Some of my other favorite choices are raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing, french dressing, and sometimes beer. Yes, beer can work as a marinade and many of my friends swear by it. My friend Michelle Walters loves her venison steaks marinated in Coors Light.
Today I decided to try something I have never tried before. I am soaking venison steaks in sun dried tomato salad dressing. I am sure this will give the steaks a nice flavor. I can not wait to fire up the grill tonight after work.
