Vehicles for Vets: Thomas Owczarzak, Navy

Thomas Owczarzak served for 13 years in the Navy and worked hard to become a Chief Petty Officer. He spent time on duty at The Pentagon and also served in Iraq.

"He is an outstanding man who continues to sacrifice of himself to help others in need without any expectation of receiving anything in return. He loves his family and his friends and he makes everyone's lives that he is a part of better," his nominator wrote in their submission.

 

Thomas is this week's Vehicles for Vets nominee. The Basil Family of Dealerships has partnered with the Veterans One Stop Center of Western New York to launch “Vehicles for Vets”; a summer long promotion in which a veteran or active serving military member can win a new vehicle!
