WARNING: New York DMV Scam in Buffalo

Be on the look out for this scam that has been going around that is leading to identity theft and fraud.

People will get an email from someone claiming to be the DMV and tell you that you have an unpaid parking ticket and that your car will get impounded or your license suspended if you do not pay it. 

The email has a link to click on for you to 'pay', but if you do, there is a malware that will be downloaded to your computer and try to steal your information.
