If you missed it I went to TWO meat raffles last weekend and won a turkey, a bag of chicken and a huge pork loin! Having barely any room in my freezer for any of this I knew I was going to have to do some butchering. Problem is... I've never butchered anything. I've attempted to carve a turkey, but not while it was raw!

I found a guide for a pork loin on Pinterest and thought, here goes nothing. I think when it's all said and done I did pretty well for my first time. I have stew meat, two roasts, center cut pork chops and steaks.

Now to find recipes!
