Wendy Lynn + The Dean of Country Taste Brand New Concession Foods

Opening day for the Buffalo Bison's is this Thursday, April 12th at Coca-Cola Field! Weather is looking fairly decent for the home opener at the ballpark, cloudy day expected with a chance of rain. We're keeping our fingers crossed the game will get off and be played in it's entirety. But in the mean time the Dean of Country and I had the chance to check out what's new at the ballpark for this season including new foods offered at the concession stands and inside the new Consumer's Pub at the Park!

Some of our favorite new items include:

Buster's Burger - a two half pound smash burgers that are topped with jalapenos, onions, blue cheese crumbles and balsamic on a Costanzo's roll.

Giant Pierogi - half pound stuffed pierogi that has sliced Sahlen's hot dogs, sauerkraut, sauteed onions and Weber's mustard

Waffle-Battered Chicken Sliders - topped with maple butter

Turkey Pot Roast Sandwiches - topped with Bison's french onion dip and Cheddar beer dip.

Shrimp Po' Boys - with spicy remoulade sauce
