We’re Happy To Report That Elsa, ‘The Snow Queen’ Has Been Arrested [PICTURES]

We can finally 'report' that Elsa has finally been located and arrested. I don't know if this is going to be good news or bad news for you.

I'm more surprise the Buffalo Police Department didn't think to fix the problem this way sooner--by going to the root of the problem and arresting the Snow Queen herself.

It's the second time this week that Elsa had been arrested for causing so much cold weather across the United States. Buffalo alone is matching a record that dates back to the 70's as the one of the only years that February had not gotten above freezing point one time.The hopes is that by arresting Elsa the cold weather will go away. The South Carolina police department that made the arrested on Monday spoke out:

Because of who she is, the judge was courteous and give her community service with the understanding that she wasn't going to do it again".
