Were the Buffalo Bills Cheating Against New England? [VIDEO]

The train horn sound that is used at The Ralph during Bills games may have gotten the club in some trouble.

By NFL rule, The Buffalo Bills have to submit a video that shows the "jumbo tron" and audio paired by the following Wednesday after a game. That would mean that before the end of today (9/22) The NFL may have some issues with when the train horn was played.

The Patriots went with a no huddle on Sunday against The Bills and even on the television broadcast you could clearly hear the train horn when New England was coming to the line for the next play.
