Were These People That Were Arrested In Hamburg Illegal Aliens?

You may have seen border patrol agents, and police at the 7-Eleven store on the corner of Southwestern Boulevard and Sowles Road in Hamburg.  They were taking 23 people from white vans.

According to WIVB, the people were suspected illegal aliens and they were being arrested as they got out of the vans.  Border Patrol has said that the people are being processed at a holding facility where they were transferred. The incident is under investigation by U.S. Border Patrol.
