It's something that many of us take for granted every day.  It's the ability to get in your vehicle and go where you need to go.  Imagine being a young boy stuck in your house while your family goes out on trips and does fun things.  Doesn't sound fun does it?  Now imagine that the only reason that you cannot go with them is that your wheelchair doesn't fit in your car.  That's the story of Ryan Dolan...

Ryan is a 13 year old boy from West Seneca who has cerebral palsy, hydrocephalus, seizures, feeding tube, he's a quadrapelegic & not able to speak.  He's had over 18 brain surgeries and is confined to a wheel chair.  His mom Joanie has entered in a contest to win a wheelchair accessible vehicle for Ryan so that he can go with them when they want to go somewhere.  Imagine not being able to go to the doctor without depending on someone else.  As a single mom, it's hard to afford this type of transportation.  So Joanie went to the Make-A-Wish Foundation to see if she could get some help from them.  They guided Joanie to a contest through the National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association that relies on votes.

Here's where you can help.  Go to: Ryan's Page and vote for him there.  In order to help get him more votes, use promo codes: 776, 777, 854 or 831.  Those codes will give him 5 extra votes for each one you cast!  It costs nothing and you could help a family right here in Western New York.  Please find a way to get a vote in.  You can vote once every day.
