Everyone is always trying to make something that's great even better.  For example, we all know that Girl Scout Cookies are incredible.  So what could make them better?  Pair them with wine.

There's a list at Thrillist.com that does just that.

My favorite is the Samoas (or the Caramel Dee-lites).  They say those pair best with Cotes Du Jura Vin Jaune (similar to Sherry) or a sparkling wine.

Shortbread goes well with a sparkling wine or Chardonnay.

Thin Mints with Pinot Noir or a Merlot.

Give them a try.  I kind of feel like anytime you've got wine and Girl Scout Cookies you win.
