Dale and I were having a discussion about breakfast today.  Now Dale is the type of guy that likes to stick to the standard "tea and toast" routine that he has been doing for years.  I on the other hand change it up. For example...this week I am on the health kick.  Last week...it was a little less healthy.  Pop, donuts, pizza chips...things that you would most often find kids eating at a carnival were starting my day off.  This is what I like to consider a balanced diet. I like to think that if I mix a little naughty with the nice for my meal choices my body won't get bored.
