What’s the Story Behind #Billsmafia?

If you're active on Twitter you've probably seen tweets from #Billsmafia especially during Bills games.  You might have wondered exactly what it means.  Who's behind it?  And how does Stevie Johnson's tweet from last year where he blamed God for the dropped pass that could have beaten Pittsburgh fit into it?  Pretty interesting story.
