The legendary Crystal Gayle performs this Saturday night, November 19th at the Seneca Allegany Events Center. Growing up in the 70's, Crystal Gayle was all over the radio and I remember getting the 45 record 'Don't it Make My Brown Eyes Blue' for my birthday.

Aside from her voice and string of hits, Crystal was known for having extremely long dark beautiful hair. My brother and I would wrap blanket on our heads pretending we had her long hair LOL. So many terrific memories, so many hit songs, she's one of the most successful country music artists of all time. . A fixture on the country charts since the ’70s, she became an international superstar with her hit, “Don’t It Make My Brown Eyes Blue.” In all, she had 20 #1 country singles and her 1977 album, “We Must Believe In Magic,” became the first platinum-selling record by a female country artist.
