A candlelight vigil will be held to honor the victims of the Pulse Orlando shooting. The vigil will take place tomorrow (Monday) from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Niagara Square in downtown Buffalo and will be held by the Pride Center of Western New York.

Sunday morning a gunman inside a nightclub in Orlando, Florida, killed approximately 50 people and injured at least 53 more. The gunman has been identified as Omar Saddiqi Mateen. The shooting is now classified as the most deadly mass shooting in U.S. history.

Neither ISIS nor al Qaeda has claimed credit, though officials do feel Mateen was a terrorist sympathizer.

The vigil is planned in partnership with Pride Center of WNY, Stonewall Democrats of Western New York, OUTspoken for Equality, Western New York Anti-Violence Project, Spectrum Transgender Group of Western New Yor and Loop Magazine.
