Woman Does 97 Point Turn In Her BMW + Police Ticket Her $115 [VIDEO]

This is seriously unbelievable.

A woman in the silver BMW X3 took a 97-point-turn tryign to back out of a parking lot. The man in green you see is the owner of the red Mazda and tries to help her before he realizes that after she left, she had hit her car. According to Yahoo, the woman driving was later found by Calgary police and given a ticket for $115 for "unsafe backing."
