Woman Finds This In Her Fish At New York Restuarant [PICTURE]

I don't know if it could get much worse?

A woman bit into her fish at a swanky restaurant in New York over the Summer and nearly hooked herself on what she claims was the hook that caught the fish that was still inside it.

I mean it was 2 or 3 inches but so naturally it cut her mouth and she is getting a lawsuit together because of the cut and the psychological damage and made her afraid to eat fish, which was her favorite food.

So now she's SUING the restaurant.  She didn't give a specific amount of money in the lawsuit, so she may be leaving it up to a jury to decide.

But, the owners are not having it. They offered an apology and they think she planted it in there herself--after all, they use nets to catch their fish.

When the restaurant only offered an apology, the woman and her husband told the manager at the restaurant they wouldn't sue-- if the restaurant gave them $50,000. According to the NY Daily News the owner said:

That’s extortion,” he said. “We’re filing a countersuit. We don’t think the fishhook was there.”
