Woman Gets Fined After 3 Year Old Pees in Yard

Facebook

Duty called for 3-year-old Dillon Warden while he was standing in the middle of his front yard. Than he did the unthinkable thing a toddler would NEVER do…he peed. Unfortunately, a cop that saw the entire incident did not think it was so cute.

Ashley Warden, the toddler’s mother said the boy is being potty trained and decided to go quickly in the grass rather than in his pull up diaper. She says that quickly after, a police officer approached her and asked her for her license and told her that he was going to fine her for public urination.

According to FW.com the grandmother tried to reason with the cop. “I said really, he is 3 years old, and he said it doesn’t matter. [He said] It is public urination. I said we are on our property and he said it’s in public view.”

The ticket: $2,500 ….really? He’s three!

Personally, I think people like this guy make the world a little up tight. What do you think?
