One family is heartbroken and not happy with Facebook.

Laney Brown, passed away on Christmas Day in 2013 and one man, recently, has used a picture of Laney in the hospital on Facebook asking for 'likes' in support of her. Obviously, the man's Facebook post is inaccurate and not timely, but the family is not happy with Facebook not helping take it down.

According to WFMZ:

While the post doesn't request donations, it does ask that users "like" the photograph. To date, 650,000 have done just that. Supporters with the "Team Laney" Facebook page, who caught wind of the inaccurate post, are "heartbroken." Laney's family members have reportedly messaged Haneche, asking that he remove the post. So far, they have not received a response.
Supporters have also reported the post to Facebook. According to "Team Laney," Facebook responded, stating that the inaccurate post isn't breaking any rules. Laney's family members declined comment, but many in the West Reading community told 69 News that they are disgusted by the post.
Rest in Peace, Laney.
