A Thousand Horses really shines when they perform live, and this video is the perfect example

The band is made up of lead singer Michael Hobby, lead guitarist Bill Satcher, guitarist and vocalist Zach Brown, and bassist and vocalist Graham Deloach, plus three backup singers (Kristen Rogers, Whitney Coleman and Brianne Angarole) and a couple of other backup musicians.

Why do you already know them? Their song 'Smoke' is nearing the top of the Country Charts.

    Nobody Is Like ATH

    Nobody is like this band.

They're a brand new act, that acts like they've been around for ages. They travel as a 9-piece band. Guys and girls. It's something you don't see from any group in country music right now. Expect their show to be powerful, soulful and fun. After all, they all travel together in one bus, they have no choice but to have fun on and off that stage. They're nothing like a Little Big Town or a Zac Brown Band. A Thousand Horses is the new, young kid on the block of country groups and I think country music needs that right now.

    Their Music

Someone once told me they sounded like the country version of The Black Crowes. Take their songs 'Landslide' or 'Tennessee Whiskey' and you'll know what I'm talking about. It's not exactly rock country by the likes of Jason Aldean and it's definitely not bro-country, but it's a new form of country music I'm not sure that we've heard yet.

    The Next Big Thing

These guys are the band that is buzzing in country music right now. They debuted on the charts at #28 with 'Smoke' and when that song reaches the top, you'll be hearing another solid hit from A Thousand Horses right away. These guys are coming out swinging and when you catch them on June 12 and the Taste of Country, you'll be able to say that you saw them before they were big....like real big.
