Daqwan Morris (“Snook J with the AK”), Shameek Young (“Face”) and Paul Brown (“PaulOut”) have been sentenced for their roles in a 2014 gang rape on Buffalo’s east side, according to Acting Erie County District Attorney Michael Flaherty.

The three 18-year-olds were sentenced to one and a third to seven years in prison.

Morris, a self-identified member of the “Zelmer Boys” street gang, was convicted of one count of Rape in the First Degree and one count of Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree; Young was convicted of two counts of Rape in the First Degree and three counts of Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree; and Brown was convicted of one count of the Rape in the First Degree, according to Flaherty.

Young and Brown apparently identify as “Grimmie Gang” members.

In 2014, Morris apparently invited the victim to his house and then raped and sodomized her. The defendants then took turns raping and sodomizing her. Portions of the crimes were apparently recorded and shared on Facebook and Twitter, according to Flaherty.
