Country Tweets During NFL Playoff Weekend

Some of country music's biggest names took to Twitter over the weekend to give words of encouragement to their favorite NFL teams.  Jack Ingram tweeted "Just went n2 my stadium of mind, sang the anthem and ready to roll!  Go Houston Texans!" (Unfortunately for Jack, the Texans were eliminated by the Baltimore Ravens.) 

Jay DeMarcus of Rascal Flatts actually responded to Ingram's tweet by saying "Playoff Sunday.  Nothing Like it.  Go Texans and Packers." Of course if Jay tweets, then band mate Joe Don would have to.  Joe Don responded........ "Getting ready to watch my buddy Official A.J. Hawk and the Packers put a beat down on the Giants." (Aaaand....No.  The Giants put the smack down on those GB Packers. )
