Dave’s Back To School Tradition..Margaritas [PHOTOS]

Now that School has returned to Western New York, my tradition of "1st day of school" margaritas will continue but will look much different.

It all started back in 2010 when my son Avry went to kindergarten. I took the day off to be there to shoot lots of pictures and help my wife get our son off to school. Well, since school started at 8am, after he hopped on the bus, my wife and I didn't know what to do.

So we decided to have morning margaritas!! So a new tradition was born!

This year it will be a little different. My son Avry is a Sophomore at Sweet Home and this year his first day will be a remote learning day. That means I will have to make sure he is logged in before breaking out the blender. The best part is that he is doing a hybrid model, which means his 1st day of in-school learning will be on Monday...and that calls for another round of morning margaritas.
