I Wouldn’t Drive These In A New York State Snowstorm
There is a large amount of snow that is about to fall in portions of New York State. Are you ready? Do you have the right vehicle to get you where you need to be?
The snow has held off for a record amount of time this season. In fact, in Buffalo, New York this year has set a record for the latest date before the first recorded snowfall at the Buffalo Airport. The previous date was November 22.
But we all know that sooner or later, the snow will fly and the roads will get slick. There are some vehicles that are just not easy to drive when the slush and snow pile up on the highways.

The National Weather Service indicated that a significant amount of lake effect snow is going to drop East of the Great Lakes in New York State. You may want to check the tires, the oil and the washer fluid in your vehicle and make sure that you have your safety supplies in the car should you happen to get stuck in the snow.
There are some cars that I would avoid being in or driving in, when there is a snowstorm. I understand that some of these vehicles need to be on the roads to deliver packages and such. However, for the most part, these are the vehicles that seem to tie up traffic even further when they get stuck in the middle of the roads.
