Insane Downhill Bike Race [VIDEO]

If you watch this video, then even if you don't get ANY exercise today, you can at least say that you took a bike ride.  It's a crazy one too!  I wish that this guy had a spedometer that we could see so that we could tell how fast he was actually going because this camera makes it look insanely fast!
